The property is located in a condominium with a swimming pool and is 350m from the sea (close, you can walk), between the beaches of Carneiros and Tamandaré, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Characterized by tall coconut trees, clear, fine sand and calm, warm waters practically all year round, its landscape is shaped by the estuary (mouth) of the Formoso River and a large reef barrier that forms natural pools at low tide.
